[Branch ~dhis2-devs-core/dhis2/trunk] Rev 2092: Fixed Bugs in Patient Module

this is more a general comment, but could we try
1) not to have anonymous committers
2) to have a bit more specific log messages.

Commits are important communication points (often the only one) in a team, and the more descriptive, the better. This example looks to me like a fairly large commit for bug fixes not worthy of a small description (cutting across many modules and containing changes in practically all possible technology stacks)

I know the temptation is not to waste time on something that doesn't seem to have an immediate value, but communication is a key requirement in a distributed effort like DHIS.
