what problem? i saw blank chart, table and pivotable, event report…? why no value show it.
how can i fix it…

If you cleared the anallytics (Step 1) you will need to wait until the process completes totally before data is vislble.
Did it complete yet (Does not look like it from your third screen shot) ?
If not, you may need to check the logs to see if something failed.

by the way, after i change browser to use firfox browser, it is OK…

If your server is online (not local installation), you should consider cleanning ngnix cache and run analytics. It’ll work.
