Arrange order of data elements in custom forms

Can you one support me on how to rearrange the data entry order in customs form? I have attached my screen of my data entry.

This is a data entry form for a dataset, right? It’s possible by going to the Maintenance app and then select Data Set which will list for you the forms that are custom. Click on the three vertical dots and then select “Design data entry form.” Please see screenshot:
