Approval Button doesn't appear

I have prepared the approval level and workflow. The workflow was assigned to the data sets. My issue is that the approval button appears for one set of data but not for the other.
My question is why the second doesn’t appear for the approval button.

Please excuse me; I have the answer, and the issue is resolved. The category combination (*) needs to be eliminated from the data set and set to None as a workaround.
