App runtime data store hooks

Hi there!

I remember from a dev training that was run a few years back there were some specific hooks in the app runtime that made interacting with the data store and user data store easier, but I cannot seem to find anything about these on the app runtime site: https://runtime.dhis2.nu/

Any guidance on where documentation can be found and if it’s still advised to use it? Or should we just use the standard data queries and mutations?

Hey @plinnegan

The hooks you are talking about were from the app-service-datastore module which is not included within the app-platform (I think it is still a work in progress). You can, however, install it separately. For more details GitHub - dhis2/app-service-datastore: Persistent settings and saved objects for DHIS2 Platform applications.
