Angola is missing in the DHIS2 system, could we add majority of the country flags, like Angola is upset that their flag is missing in the Customization Academy.

I have added it here.
Once it builds, we will merge it and backport. Which version(s) do they need?
Like I said, the current process is we will add a flag when a country or organisation requests it. Angola was not left out for any particular reason, its just that we have not included all countries flags (although that might be a good idea!)
