What can I find in the guide?

:one: Setup & Configuration

This section explains how sync works, the difference between metadata and data synchronization, how reserved values are managed, what the sync scope controls, the limitations of rooted devices, and how APK distribution works in practice.

:two: Tracker Importer & Sync Architecture

This part provides an overview of how the Android app uses the Tracker Importer and Exporter for uploading and downloading data, and highlights the configuration elements that most commonly affect synchronization.

:three: Troubleshooting Sync Issues

Here you’ll find the improved in-app error navigation, the server-side Synchronization Troubleshooting App, and the option to export or import the local device database for in-depth debugging. It also includes a consolidated list of common validation errors and the actions needed to resolve them.

:four: Useful Tools for Testing

The guide ends with a brief overview of external tools such as scrcpy, Vysor, AirDroid, and Android emulators, which can help with demonstrations, remote support, and configuration testing.
