Greeting DHIS2 Community,
The DHIS2 Android tracker capture Android mobile application is unable to download and reserve Unique IDs whenever users attempt to synchronize the data, as a result users are unable to add any tracked entity instances.
We are using a DHIS2 v2.25 instance. Is this something that has been experienced before by any community members? We have upgraded our server to a higher hosting plan but this does not seem to have resolved the problem.
We have also attempted using different versions of the Android tracker capture mobile app.
Could this be an issue with the DHIS2 version 2.25 or a Server issue? If this is a DHIS2 instance issue, any recommended upgrades for the Tracker?
