I created a testuser with role facility tracker in demo and assigned it to one specific org unit
On android I expected to see only two programs when logging in with this user, but I see a lot of forms.
Why this happens?

You have to also change the share settings for the data sets in maintenace.

What kind of Sharing changes do I have to make to the datasets? As the data sets were not shared with the user, I expected not to see them loaded.

The public access share setting could be the cause. If you can check and share the screenshot as suggested by @Gassim that will help. Thank you!
Yes, as said by @Pablo you should remove the public access to those datasets you are seeing. It is a tedious task… so maybe you can act directly on the DB or via a script if you know what you are doing
Yes, that’s correct.
Actually, as @vgarciabnz points out, limiting the access to data should be enough. You don’t need to restrict based on metadata.
