Hi all,

We have two tracker programs created in our DHIS2: on old one that we are gradually stopping using and a new one that is being tested. The new tracker and was shared with the same group of users as the old one, but the issue is that the users are unable to see the new tracker program after logging in, even after syncing the configuration. Are there steps that might be missing?

Hi @ferdinandmussavene,

those users, are they able to see the program in the web Capture app?

Maybe the program is not assigned to any orgunit of those users. Could you check that the program is assigned to the same orgunits as the old program? I assume the trackedEntityType of the program is the same, isn’t it?
