Android Capture - Sharing settings for anaytics tracker

Dear community,

We have a DHIS2 test instance on version 2.41.2 and we are testing the android Capture 3.1.1.

We have a tracker program and we use program indicators to make a pivot table using data visualizer app. The object is accessible

Our android user can access the dashboard using the web, but when I try toi configure the analytics with Android settings App to be able to display the same pivot table (data vsualizer) on android TEI analytics, I have a message saying that the user does not have access to program Indicator.

In the sharing settings, the program indicator is visibile and can be edited by “Public”.

The pivot tzable has only one line header, and 2 columns header, is using relative periods and respects the other contraints given here:

Android settings web app not showing visualizations - Support - Assistance technique - DHIS2 Community

Did any of you already faced this issue?

I also tried yto use version 3.0.0.2 and have the same result.

For other programs, I still have program indicators displaying correctly on my android device.

Many thanks in advance

Hi @gregory !

Thank you for the report. Since the pivot table and program indicator are shared correctly, is it possible that some of the items used in the expression are not shared or downloaded? A data element or attribute that is hidden or not shared?

Hi @nancyesp

Thanks for the follow up. The user had access to all the DEs from the program IUndicator expresion (as the user could see the DEs and the Program Indicator on Web dashboard).

I am not sure to understand the reason, but I finally managed to display the indicator on Android App by doing the 2 following operations:

  1. Reduced the number of indicators displayed in the pivot table
  2. Removed the analytics from Android Settings app, and create them again

I don’t know exactly how and why this finally worked, but for the moment, it seems ok.

If I finally understand what made the difference, I will come back here to share it.

Regards
