we are using android 2.6.1,( aggregate) we found that the tablet can accept values type which is not defined in maintenance ( e.g.: it allows entering 005,00 and the value type of the data element is Positive value ) finally the data can not be synced

Which version of the backed are you running? I have been making some tests and while defining a DataSet with three different types:
- Integer
- Number
- Positive integer
And trying to enter a decimal value I cannot achieve so in 2.6.1. Might be the case that you changed something at server level and you did not perform a metadata sync?
