Analytics error

Dear All,

i am facing issues in analytics, actually data is not showing in any graph, or there is an error at the time of “start analytics table” Process failed: StatementCallback; SQL [create table analytics_event_temp_cgcu7lqsh64 (“uidlevel1” character(11),“uidlevel2” character(11),“uidlevel3” character(11),"uidl. is there any solution available for the same???
version: 2.30

Note: Actually i was trying to import organization units but there was an error due to already exists org level or org units then i used “truncate cascade” command on all org related tables and then imported it successfully! . but now it is showing error in analytics . i am confused, Is it caused by above process??? or is there any solution for the same??

Hi,

Try running the “Clear analytics tables” under Data Administration → Maintenance, then re-run analytics.

I have noted a number of cases recently where “back end” updates causes analytics table locks - but clearing the analytics tables usually fixes the problem.

In that case I wonder if your orghierarchy is corrupted, somehow - are you getting any integrity violations if you run Integrity Checks?
