An event doesn't open!

Hello everyone
Has anyone encountered the problem of not opening an event in the tracker capture app?
The attached picture shows what I mean

Could you please check for errors in the Console and the Network tab in your browser’s developer tools (F12)?

And what version of dhis2 are you using?

I had this kind of problem in the past. often it was due to the option “Lock layout for all users” in the top rigth of the dashboard. Make sure the padlock is closed
