An error occurred, please check import summary. Please tell me right way to solve this issue

The error could happen for so many reasons so we need as much info as possible to understand the cause and find a solution.

First, we need to make sure it’s not a cache issue so we will use the Data Administration app (Maintenance → Clear application cache, reload apps) and the Browser Cache Cleaner app then test again in your browser’s Guest mode to be 100% sure it’s not a cache issue: Browse Chrome as a guest - Computer - Google Chrome Help

If the issue persists in Guest mode, we need to know what type of issue is this so we need the following information:

  1. DHIS2 Version
  2. App being used
  3. Steps to reproduce this issue on any of the play.dhis2.org instances
