Allow Date in future in Data Sets

Dear all,

We are currently developing a data set for stock management and we need to enter the expiry date of some drugs among other attributes. We’ve used the feature of “Allow date in future” in the individual part (Tracker data elements and programs) but we cannot see how we can manage this in the Aggregated part.

Is there any way to accept future dates for aggregated data elements in data sets?

Thank you very much in advance.

Hi,

When you create or Edit a dataSet, there’s an option for you to do that it called: Open future periods for data entry
You need to enter integer number into that field: for example in the screenshot, the period type is quarterly and I enter number 2 to that field, then I can enter data for 2 future quarter.

The screen is in DHIS2 version 2.26
