While trying to sort out what goes wrong with Ebola tracking data, it would have been very helpful to be able to say which user added a programinstance, trackedentityinstance or trackedentityattributevalue.
However, none of these tables have the “storedby” column that we find in datavalue and trackedentitydatavalue.
I would actually think it makes sense to track this information even when it comes to who changed the orgunit hierarchy or who added a new dataset etc.
Do you think this is something that could be added (preferably to all metadata objects, but at least to trackedentityattributevalue)?
I agree it probably does make sense to “standardize” this kind of object metadata (storedby, updated, created) across all objects.
Do you get anything in audit log? That might be more reliable way of tracking changes as storedby can be changed over time.
