Is there an option for me to add my program stages on my TEI’s dashboard as widgets the same way we have options for Relationship, Profile and the rest?

Yes, to the right top of the TEI dashboard, you have a button for settings.
Select show/hide widgets
You can select the timeline data entry or the tabular data entry, and then close
After, you can click on the settings button again and save dashboard layout as default.

I do see the timeline data entry in settings but that is however not what I am looking for. What I want is for my program stages to be displayed on the TEI’s dashboard without having to click the plus sign under timeline data entry.
If I could display them like in the image below but not under timeline data entry. I hope I Make sense. Like you would create a menu on a website as a widget.

Right, I clearly misunderstood your question.
Yes that is possible
Go to Maintenance - program - open your program and navigate to the " 4 - program stages", open one stage and scroll down.
Mark the option: Autogenerate event and save.
Do that on every program stage - clear your cache, and see if it working as expected.
Also - you can select one of the stages to open right away after enrolling TEI, and select what date to autofill with.
