Actual reports greater than Expected reports

Greetings,

Please note that I have the number of actual reports for February 2024 greater than expected reports, it happened only with February.
the number of org units is matching and same for the period.
kindly advise

Is the period daily or monthly? Does the data set have attribute category combination?
