Dear colleagues,
i would like your kind assistance in solving or making me understand why i cannot access the server localhost:8080 when i install on my Ubuntu 20.04 DHIS2 version 2.37
I have already installed with it tomcat 10.0.23
Postgresql 12
Java 9.0.31

There could be many reasons to why this is happening and it mostly goes to the configuration. Please did you try localhost:8080/dhis? When you go to localhost:8080, what does it tell you?

We might need more details from the configuration…

If I go with localhost:8080, it’s replay 404 NOT FOUND!!!
I use this link for my installation : DHIS2 installation on Ubuntu 20.04 LTS – AWS – JaeTech Global

I don’t change the instructions with.

Could you share the Catalina.out log (without sensitive/authentication errors) so we could see what the errors are? The file is in /tomcat-dhis/logs/…

Although this won’t solve the issue but I recommend choosing a higher version than the one in the installation guide that you shared says 2.37 but probably choose one of the higher versions would be a better choice.
