Question to @Elmarie_Claasen - to what extent are the predictors you present in use in South Africa? And who runs these predictions? At district/facility level or do they need technical assistance to do it?
- Who has requested this? Does the need/requirements come from the MoH or programs? Or HISP SA- initiated?
Hi everybody,
Just wanted to share that WHO has been working on a application to extract data from Google Earth Engine and bring it into DHIS2! The application extracts values from any data set provided through Google Earth Engine for a given subset of DHIS2 OUs (using their coordinates), a certain period and datasets/variables mapping and injects them into a DHIS2 data set.
The application was developed by EyeSeeTea SL and it is available for free at the following repo:
