Hi all,
I’m exporting and importing meta-data between two 2.22 DHIS2 instances.
Portuguese symbols are exported fine (I can see them in the XML) but the import replaces all non-English characters with a question mark (e.g. Obstetr?cia)
I see these in the Catalina during import logs so it doesn’t seem like a database issue.
The 2 instances are on the same server so that makes it look like a software issue.
Haven’t seen any posts about this before. Anyone else seeing this?
