Tony is a Software Engineer by profession with over 15 years of experience in ICT, and various skills in Systems Design and Development in Desktop, Web Based and Mobile Applications. He has worked with several Relational Database Management System including Oracle, Microsoft SQL server, PostgreSQL, and MySQL. Tony has worked in different sectors including Micro-finance, Civil Society, Food Security and currently in the Health sector in East Africa and its neighboring countries (Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda, Ethiopia, South Sudan and Malawi). Most recently he has been setting up M&E systems for food security programs and Digital Data Migration using Mobile devices. Tony has worked and consulted for various international and local organizations among them Strathmore University, KEMRI/Wellcome Trust Research Programme, Pact Inc., Act!, Danya International, MSH, GVEP International, TechnoServe, Viwango, Kenya Agricultural & Livestock Research Organization and Research Solutions Africa, Michigan State University, Population Council, Population Services International. He has experience with different funding agencies including USAID, DFID, CIDA, FORD Foundation, Safaricom, Vodacom and Coca-Cola.
