Joseph KITSUIMI OSBORN is a specialist in DHIS2 implementation and data use, currently works at IMA World Health to Technically Assist the Congolese Ministry of Health.
In collaboration with HISP, BAO Systems and University of Oslo, Osborn supports the implementation of the DHIS2 in the Democratic Republic of Congo which system allowing to gather general Health sector and Primary Care Health data as well as the implementation of the project Access to Primary Health Care ASSP information system.
Osborn is well-versed and experimented on topics related to Health Information System implementation and M&E: from data collection tools revision and assessment, training, data quality assessment and Data use to inform decision making. During the Congolese DHIS2 implementation early stage, he has helped coordinate the stakeholder meeting around health data collections tools revision and currently supports the system integration of other health program data to the DHIS2 SNIS
Osborn is monitoring the latest released and improvement of the software, he has attended several DHIS2 academy Level 1, 2, 3, Data Use in South Africa, Togo.
He is also at IMA WH to manage ASSR projet via DHIS2 int the department of M&E. Osborn speaks french fluently and proficient in English.
