With over 15 years of experience in monitoring and evaluation, information technology, and data management for global health programs, I am currently the Strategic Information Systems Administrator at PACT, where I support the USAID ZIH Project.

My core competencies include developing and implementing data management systems, digitalization strategies, and software applications that support health information systems, electronic health records, and data quality and reporting. I also lead and coordinate programming tasks, code documentation, unit testing, debugging, and writing queries for software and database systems.

My mission is to leverage data and technology solutions to improve health outcomes, service delivery, and program performance. I have successfully led the development and implementation of data management systems, which ensures continuous system availability and timely, complete, and accurate data management from electronic health records. I have also contributed to multiple publications and presentations on public health informatics, sharing best practices and lessons learned from my work.
