I am working at “The World Health Organization” (WHO) as Database Administrator, Quality Assurance Officer, and DHIS2 Team Coordinator, administrating the DHIS2 health registry systems and databases that are owned by the Palestinian Ministry of Health and used to track information about registered patients and generate useful indicators and reports to support the organizational decision-making process based on the evidences collected from data. Some of these systems are for COVID-19 cases tracking, Maternal Child Health, Family Health, Gender Based Violence Observatory, and many other health programs used by Palestinian MOH. My technical expertise in DHIS2 is in both the frontend and backend sides including building programs (tracker, event, aggregate programs), creating indicators and reports, manipulating data using APIs, installing new DHIS2 instances, troubleshooting errors in the system by debugging system logs.
