can you be more specific about the missing data ?
- did you clear the cache of the browser (see Browser Cache Cleaner app)
- did you relaunch the analytics ?
about performance is there a specific type of dashboard that is affected (tracker ? aggregated domain ?)
check is in the global settings if some cache is in place, a short time lived cache can already help a lot (15-30 minutes)
