In Old jira (Jira migration tomorrow (31. August)) we used an username and password to login , but now it is asking email.id and redirecting us for Two factor authentication (which is not configured by us) We are unable to use our old credentials to login to Jira. Please let us know how to proceed here ?

The Two Factor Authentication is disabled by default if login with Google, Microsoft, or SAML; however, if it has been enabled then you can choose to disable the two-step verification.
