I know the response was a tie (50%, 50%) but if your answer was “Courses delivered locally by HISP groups in multiple languages using standardized regional materials” then that’s the correct answer. The DHIS2 Level 1 Academies are organized by HISP Oslo and HISP groups for in-person training whereas the courses that are delivered virtually through online self-paced courses are the ones that you can sign-up for anytime at academy.dhis2.org.
