Hi @andualem.aklilu! Yes, we are planning to host the in-person event at the HISP UiO office in Oslo. There will also be an online component for people who want to join us remotely.

The conference will be a hybrid in-person / remote event, like so many events lately - not just for pandemic issues.
Have you planned to register for remote participants? What does “online component” mean?

Yes, our registration form will include both in-person and online options.

“Online component” just means that we have not made the final decision yet on what exactly the online element of this conference will be. We need to see what the level of demand is like for online-only participation first, and will adjust the scope of our offering accordingly. At a minimum, we are planning to stream the plenary sessions from the conference, and have online discussions about conference topics here on the CoP. If there is significant interest, we will see what other parts of the event we can put online.
