Thank you for your patience! Sorry for taking this long too! I found a similar post which had a similar issue and the problem was the the user importing didn’t have the necessary sharing settings. Would you please check that all sharing settings are configured properly?

It might also help to check if there are any errors in the Catalina.log file - please share if there’s (without sensitive info). Does importing this into any of the play.dhis2.org instances fail as well?
