Sorry to hear you’re facing this issue. Were you able to login before and something changed or is this the first attempt to set it up?

Before you click on submit in the login form, would you kindly follow these steps and share feedback:

  1. Open your browsers Guest mode
  2. Navigate to the Kobo Toolbox Connector login page
  3. Enter your email/password without click on Submit
  4. Open the Network and Console in DevTools (F12 → Network)
  5. Click on Submit and you’ll see a Network request being sent, check the response tab in the request. It’ll probably appear in red text indicating an error.
  6. Check that the response doesn’t contain sensitive info and share it here.

Please reply with the info above so it becomes easier for other community members and the app developers (@BAO_Systems) to help.

Additionally, SolidLines (cc: @ctejo) shared a CoP topic post about another approach to connecting to Kobo. You can experiment both approaches and see which one works for you: Integration between Kobo and dhis2 .
