Hello, I uninstalled all relevant programs and re-installed everything according to the instruction above - and still getting the 404.
I downloaded java version 8 for x64 OS (as it is my OS specification), which ends up in the Program Files folder, instead of the Program Files (x86) folder. Could this be causing the error?
