Indicators not calculating in data entry app (but do in Data Entry (Beta))

Hello,
I have a dataset with a number of DEs and indicators. the indicators should update when values are selected for the DEs. One of these indicators is set to numerator = 10 and denominator =1, so that it will just always display the value of 10. However, in the data entry app, none of the indicators are working.

Interestingly, in the Date Entry (Beta) app, they seem to work fine.

Is the Data Entry app no longer supported?

Its on v2.40.3. Any help would be appreciated.

What about the other indicators, does any of them have the N{indicator_id}? It might be related to this issue: Data Entry Form Does Not Support Indicators Created Using Indicators

None of them use N{inidcator}. They are all in the format if(#{DE}==X,Y,Z).

Do we have any potential ideas for this? Should I submit it as a bug? I would like work around if possible.
