Failing to synchronise data

I am failing to synchronise data since last week friday The error its giving me is " Value ‘Female’ is not a valid option for attribute CCVO6BZMrnp and option set TKECf3zs7zi". I have updated my application today and managed to synchronise my configurations but failing to sync data.
