Event Reports not loading on Dhis2 2.38 and 2.39

Event Reports - Not Loading - Possibly after upgrade 2.38.3

We are seeing some of the event reports are not loading (shows loading for ever) but same can be open as charts. We observed this after upgrade to 2.38.3 Would like to know your thoughts on potential bugs and work-around on “Event Reports Not Loading” related issues.
