I am at version 2.38.6 and I am still facing the same issue.
testing out 40.3.2 and getting the issue sporadically—still with specific data elements that have option sets and with console error of “getCachedOptionName.” We can get around this by using the line listing app instead—to that end, @sele have you been able to use the line listing app instead of event reports to alleviate these issues?
We are experiencing the exact same issues using the line listing app. It is strange as if some option sets are removed from the line list (in the new line list app; v101.0.5) it solves the issue. But these are found by trial and error.
We are running v2.40.3 with line list app v101.0.5) and are experiencing this. It may also be linked (although I am not sure) to another issue we are experiencing with the line list app here (Line list from the Line List App does not display in dashboard (v 2.40.3.1) - #7 by Kutaiba_Alaaddin) with JIRA issue ([DHIS2-17580] - Jira).
Any guidance or help would be appreciated.

@Terence_Scott shoot, was hoping LineListing would be “clean” from this. Thanks for the update—will be sure to come back if we get to anymore understanding.
@Matthew_Boddie - I just checked and there is a new version of the line listing app available. We upgraded the app to version 101.1.0 and it seems to have resolved this issue as well as the other issue that I mentioned.
We have only tested a little with the most recent line list app update, but so far they are displaying on dashboards correctly now and the option set issue has been resolved!

Thanks for the update @Terence_Scott ! Yes, that’s what I’m hoping as well that using the Line Listing app will resolve the issues above.
