DHIS2 patch release 2.39.1 is now available

Dear all,

DHIS2 version 2.39.1 (patch release) is out with bug fixes and enhancements.

This is the latest stable release for version 2.39, and supersedes releases 2.39.0(.1).

Dear community,

IMPORTANT: If you use the DHIS2 Android App in your deployment we encourage you to not update to 2.39.1 and wait until we release 2.39.1.1.
The team is already working on it and will be released as soon as possible.

The development and QA team have identified an issue in this version when downloading events in Android. In some cases the API will no return the events to the Android App.

There is no risk of losing data, uploading data from the Android App to the server works well in all cases, but downloads of events in tracker programs from the server to the Android App might fail.

We apologise for any inconvenience this might cause.
