Dataset - Not accessible to users

I would like to know please if the steps mentioned by @Calle_Hedberg didn’t work because this is supposed to work from the Maintenance app:

• Go to Maintenance
• Select Category option (listing)
• For each Category option, click the menu (three vertical dots) and then Sharing Settings.
• Click the setting for public access (left of the two icons)
• Select METADATA → Can Edit and view
• Select DATA → Can capture and view
• Close, then continue doing the same with all other Category options.
