Any additional steps when installing WHO package-COVID Vaccine?

I’m not sure if this is bug issue, maybe I do something wrong or not complete. I search for community and someone has same issue but after run analytics tables update then issue is gone. May I try more and if not success then please help to create a jira bug issue for me.

I download the WHO package-COVID Vaccine to try and learn how to setup, e.g. data set, data element, category, etc. And enter some data, process analytic tables, and still not show any data in data visualizer.

Please advise if additional steps for me to try.

There is no error in network tab this time.

In PostgreSQL, only ‘analytics_completenesstarget’ and ‘analytics_orgunittarget’ has some data, the others has no data.

Hi @nuttapol !

I need a few more details from you, in order to provide guidance.

I presume you are using a user account that gives you write and read access to both data and metadata.
I presume you have added your user to the User Groups included in the package.

If you enter data in tracker, and run analytics, do you see any data when you set up your own visualisations based on program indicators?

Remember: existing dashboard is set up based on Indicators that receive data from aggregate data elements (dataSet).

If data is initially entered in Tracker, you need to transfer data from tracker to aggregate first, before it will appear in dashboards.

Hi @YuryR

I login using ‘admin’ (default dhis2 account). I just added ‘admin’ account to one user group, e.g. Data Entry. When I click Save, get this error ‘There was a problem saving the user’, it show when I try to create a new user too.

Please advise.

I am not sure why saving the user does not work.

To investigate the issue, make sure your user has “Superuser” role, Add all user groups to your user, make sure your user has access to orgUnits.

Data Entry users have access to data entry forms but not necessarily to dashboards.
