Who enter data in data entry forms

In over system for one district 2 persons are allowed to enter data in data entry forms so I want to check who enter data in data entry forms. How can I check this. Please help

Dear Sir, @jaz if you are using DHIS2 Aggegrate, then when data is entered and complete buttom is pressed then you can see, which username completed the data entry as completed by [username]
