Hi, everyone.
I created three custom forms in DHIS 2 two years ago, but now I have new data elements that need to be added to these 3 forms, some to be removed from the same forms and others that have been modified ( e.g Value type and data element name changed)
Do I have to create new forms? I need some advice/help on how to handle this situation.
