What can make some users not to see the dashboard

I created a dashboard and share with a specific group. I assigned users to the group.

While majority of the group members can she the dashboard, a few cannot see it even when they have the same role and group. We clear the cache to no avail.

Please try to test using your browser’s Guest mode?

I open it in incognito and it’s still showing blank. Or is that not what you mean by guest mode?

Incognito sometimes stores cache as well so it’s better to check in Guest mode:
