I recently tried the Bulk Load app. The app sounds fantastic, and I’m still learning. I’m not sure what happened, I can’t access the app anymore, and it says User with No Permission. I am the system’s superuser, and I have no idea what to do because I am a superuser. Where to make changes to allow the Bulk Load app to appear and be usable.

After installing the app, you will need to add to the roles the authority to use the app:

Hie @Gassim , I tried to click everything and give access to Bulk load app but still still no change . What might be the issue

Thanks @Shapr0019 ! We need to reproduce the issue in 2.37.8.1 (DHIS 2 Demo - Sierra Leone) so we’d know if there’s a configuration issue or if it’s a bug issue. I also reposted your topic post to the developer community slack workspace.
