do you know how can i use webAPI for register new tracker instance with multiple event?

Hi Channara
You can follow the guides at [1] and then just add the “trackedEntityInstance” field to it to say the TEI it will add events for, and then the “programStage” to say which stage to add data for.

In 2.24 we have added the ability to create TEI and enroll at same time which might be interesting for you
