Hi,
Everyone, can you quickly help out. I have imported data and wish to
visualize it. However, all my parametres return "no data". What Might I
be doing wrong? HELP!!
most reporting tools - all reporting tools starting from 2.8 - read
data from the data mart. Data mart is a data repository (db tables)
optimized for data analysis / queries containing aggregated data
records.
So you need to populate the data mart after entering data. To do a
one-off data mart population you go to "Reports" under maintenance
modules -> "Data mart".
To set up scheduled (nightly, automatic) data mart jobs to keep the
data mart up to date you go to "Data administration" under services ->
"Scheduling".

Hi,
Everyone, can you quickly help out. I have imported data and wish to

be doing wrong? HELP!!
Sometimes we are asked to give facilities that reported on time [Summary report] and the same time the last time that the user made corrections independently from the data entry time[After data quality audit from the field]. Dear user is this possible?
Eg: Having two independent reports that shows Andrew entered data on 20/march/2012 and his latest corrections is on 28/march/2012 , this will be the evidence for the users corrections.
Thanks!

There is another thing that looks like A bug in Data completeness report where we get Actual figures are greater than Target. And in normal way the target has to be higher.
Thanks!

Hello Andrew,
do you experience this on the Rwanda production server? If so you can
you please tell me what your input criteria were so I can try to
reproduce it?
In DHIS every user has his own password and user name which help them to access on their own data.but in datamart when people try to access on their own data, they see all Orgunit, from National level to low level according to our hierarchy.so how to manage them in order to access on their own orgunit without seeing all orgunit just in Datamart. Can some one help on this issue?
Venuste.

MyDatamart bypasses the the normal way of generating the orgunit tree for users, so there is no way at the moment to restrict users to their branch of the hierarchy. You should just have them select their branch and download there data, but there is no way to enforce it at the moment.

Jason

The problem is that with aggregate analysis you want to be able to also access data from your peers for the purpose of comparison. Which means you also need access to the layer above your assigned orgunit. One could implement filtering on this basis if that was a real requirement.

tks bob,but in order to secure data for every branch people were complaining about this and if some one need to compare his data to another, he can may be inform us and we can provide right to him.Tks

I think this is a bit of the same issue we have seen here in Nigeria as well where there are several classes of users.
Some users should have all the data, regardless of what their own orgunit may be. (Current behaviour)
Some users should have all data within the branch which they have been assigned. This is the default behaviour of the reports but not in MyDatamart.
Some users should only have access to their own data, i.e. explicitly assigned through the orgunit assignments.
Does this also sound like what you need as well?
