Dear all,
I am trying to upload validation rules through *.csv file, following the template described here: http://dhis2.github.io/dhis2-docs/2.24/en/developer/html/dhis2_developer_manual_full.html#d7539e2074
But it does not even try to upload anything. Is the template correct?
