Validation rules are working fine(In data entry module) in case the data entry is done at the facility level, while if the data is entered at the parent level and Validation rules are run then the validations pass successfully, even if it should break.

Hi @Neeraj_Gupta, are your validation rules assigned to the facility level in their configuration? If they are then they will only be applied to that level. If they are unassigned to a level then they should also run for all levels.
