Users management - disable user (unknown error)

Greetings,

I hope my message finds you well.
Please note that I am a super user when I try to disable a user it shows this error:
There was an error disabling the user: An unknown error occurred - (400)

Hello @HawraaSweidan
I am encountering the same issue in the version 2.39.2.1
I think this bug is for this version because it works fine on 2.39.3.1

Best regards

Thank you for your information. It works fine as your explanation, but it didn’t work from the User Management page as shown in the below picture

Hi

I’m trying to reproduce the issue in version 2.39.3.1 and it’s working fine so if you’re using 2.39.2.1 please update:
chrome_pn4pspyNgT

If you are using one of the latest versions, please open the Network tab (F12) and check if there are any errors in the requests that are being sent.

Thanks!

@Gassim It happened with version of 2.28 to version before of 2.39

Yes that’swhat I am doing.
It is not working.
Version: 2.39.2.1

Hi @HawraaSweidan. Sorry for the inconveniences here. I believe this issue is not fixed until the 2.39.3 version, so if you are using 2.39.2, it may not work as intended.

If you are able to recreate the issue in one of our demo instances (e.g. DHIS 2 Demo - Sierra Leone), we’d be happy to take a look at it again.
