User successfully made but not showing in the list- DHIS 2.30

Hi,

I made 20 users with the same method. One of the users is showing “Saved Successfully” but not showing in the list. I tried making the same user several times but same issue.

Can you please share the data entry screen for user with the values you are using to create this user?

Sorry for the late reply. I could not figure out anything wrong from the data you enter. Only thing I observed is is you have created the same user twice (found from your previous screenshot). Don’t know why.
